Beach house holiday rentals in Schiavonea

The Rocketta House is an interesting place to stay if you are looking to spend some time in a typical "centro storico" area. It has all the amenities that are necessary for cooking, sleeping, and cleaning, and is very well located. You can walk to the famous Sanctuary of San Francesco di Paola. The main central square is 5 minutes away. Ferruccio is a lovely host who is always available to answer any question related to your trip. If a person has allergies to mold, the place may not be the right fit. Ferruccio did mention the mold to me before we came to Paola. The upper floor has a very nice balcony, so you don't sense the mold. The bathrooms have curtains instead of doors and an exterior wood sliding door without a lock that separates them from the living room area. For some people it may not be a big deal, but for a group of four (me, my mother and two siblings) it was a bit of an issue. The warm welcome from the neighbor was a great part of our visit.

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

Wir waren zu 5 dort- 3 Erwachsene ein Kind und ein Kleinkind und waren im Mai dort- Vorsaison- am Strand fast die Einzigen und die Nächte noch ruhig. Vor der Nase erstreckt sich ein sicherer Fahrradweg auf dem man ein Stück die Küste entlangfahren könnte oder spatzieren auf der Promenade. Es gibt neben den angrenzenden Lidi auch eine Pineta mit freiem, wilden Strand. Das Meer ist lange laaangge nicht tief und deshalb super für Kleinkinder. Als wir ankamen war ein feiner Minestrone auf dem Herd und zweierlei Pizza im Ofen😍. Im Kühlschrank hat Patrizia weitere Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt- das war sehr Nett! Es hat sogar ein wenig Sandsachen und einen Ombrellone. Im Wohnzimmer hat es viele Bücher für gross und Klein- am Meisten haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse genossen- viele Pflanzen verspielte Details und die beiden Hollywoodschaukeln haben uns verzaubert und tiefenentspannt. Really close to the beach (sand) with views on the Calabrian peninsula. At the end of April still quiet, but plenty of restaurants are open.

The accomodation has been excellent, from the beginning of my stay I have felt great. Everything has been as expected. The communication with Giuliano was proactive and above all customer centric. His response times were extraordinary and every upcoming question or issue has been clarified within minutes. I fully recommend this apartment to everyone going to Villapiana Lido. All shops can be reached within minutes and also the beach is so close that it has been an ease to reach it by foot. Enjoy your stay at this apartment as I did!

Antonella è stata gentilissima e disponibile fin da subito! La casa era davvero enorme e molto bella, aveva tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno per sentirsi a casa. La parte più bella era il soggiorno, immenso e accogliente! Se dovete andare al mare e rilassarvi è il posto giusto per voi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e 5 dal centro storico, lo consiglio vivamente!

Ho soggiornato a Villetta Paradiso e che dire, posizione ottima, il mare si raggiunge in meno di 10 minuti a piedi e quindi anche il lungo mare di sera, che offre un’ampia scelta di locali dove fermarsi per cena o anche solo per sorseggiare un drink. Vicinissima anche ad un supermercato. Appartamento pulito, esattamente uguale alla descrizione e host super gentili.

Ein sehr nettes, gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus mit zwei großen Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet, auch mit Familie! Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man Blick auf das Meer, der Strand ist in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, die Wohngegend ist angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, es war sogar für Frühstück gesorgt!

From the very first we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Both Francesca and her mum could not have been more helpful from dealing with initial niggles ( our fault and misunderstanding) to providing advice and support throughout our stay. The apartment was wonderfully situated for the sea and for the climb to the Old Town. It is also only a short walk to the supermarket and numerous local shops. Cariati itself is a charming place which slowly seeps into you and leaves marvellous memories.
