Waterfront holiday rentals in Schiavonea

Dario is very attentive and nice host, communication with him was perfect. The accommodation is clean, rooms spacey and we were surprised how the kitchen was equipped both with gadgets and groceries, we could have last with it for a few days without shopping - we have never experienced this before. Dario also recommended good restaurants in the area and even offered us a tour guide. The beach is 5 min. walk with a very nice restaurant Lolapaluza, it was still opened at the time of our visit (the end of September) and we could use their beach beds for free. All in all, great host and great place to stay.

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

We have stayed with Graziella before, and as always, she was a very gracious hostess. The airbnb is right in the heart of San Lucido and infinitely walkable. I will be there again soon, I hope.

We stayed at this place in August, we had a great time. Anna is a very kind person and very helpful, she satisfied our every request. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Recommended.

Cesare was a great host and the apartment is in a beautiful house with a large garden. Parking was great and you can walk to the beach. Sitting in the garden reading or having a drink and a chat with Cesare (if you speak Italian or want to learn) or playing with the dogs and cats was great too. Mario, Cesare's son helps with communication in English anytime if needed. Give stars from us.

Fully renovated, simply furnished one and a half bedroom apartment on the second floor (European count) of an early 1970's townhouse. Dining table for 6. Quiet location although only 100 m from sandy beach. Solid locks on front door and apartment. Parking directly in front of the house. Reception and briefing by the friendly hosts. Excellent mattresses and very good cotton bedding. Quiet sleep. Good washing machine, washing line in front of the window, laundry dries within hours despite the proximity to the sea. Kitchen equipped with proper pots and pans. Coffee capsule espresso machine. Wi-Fi 40 Mbit/s good for video streaming and voip.

The house has served us perfectly. It's bright, spacious, and had everything we needed. The condominium is very quiet with beach 5 minutes away by foot. But what surprised us the most was the hospitality of Chiara and her family. We feel like we're among dear friends. I highly recommend!
