Holiday rentals with beach access in Schiavonea

We stayed at this beautiful apartment with my family for a week. We were surprised by the first contact we had with the owner of the property always available and with clear directions. We felt really comfortable as if we were family,the area is quiet and overlooks a beautiful sea, parking is always available and there are many restaurants and many activities within walking distance. I can only recommend and congratulate Mattia and her father two great people and wish all the best. We will definitely be back

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We stayed at this place in August, we had a great time. Anna is a very kind person and very helpful, she satisfied our every request. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Recommended.

the three-room apartment of Gaetano is part of a very quiet residence, very close to the sea with a beach, both equipped and free. The apartment is large and equipped with all the comforts for a family, excellent WiFi coverage. The residence has a restaurant where you can eat well. Gaetano, Italo, Olga and all the staff are available, kind and discreet. Definitely to recommend!

Lovely place, beautiful sea, with access to a pebble beach almost for private use, Amelia and Gaetano welcomed us as if we were family, giving us all the necessary information to spend our vacation in the best way, friendly and never invasive, we will definitely be back next year

Apartment in a quiet area, very clean and comfortable, large living room with equipped kitchen and also a large bedroom (quality mattress). Easy parking in front of the entrance if you arrive by car. Two lovely small terraces. Fast and accurate communication with the Host is very professional. We arrived pretty late due to highway traffic issues but check in was super easy thanks to the Host's precise instructions. We had a great time, thank you also for taking care of small details such as slippers to use in the house. Highly recommended!

I stayed in Villetta Paradiso and what to say, great location, the sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and therefore also the long sea in the evening, which offers a wide choice of places to stop for dinner or even just to have a drink. Also very close to a supermarket. Clean apartment, exactly the same as described and super friendly hosts.

A very nice, well equipped small house with two large bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very suitable for a longer stay, also with family! From the bedroom you have a view of the sea, the beach is within five minutes walking distance, the residential area is pleasantly quiet. The hosts are super friendly, even provided for breakfast!

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Sergio's place. Cleanliness and attention to detail, large and comfortable outdoor spaces, but above all a fabulous location. Garden directly on the sea, beach practically reserved for the residence. Only the noise of the waves at night. Highly recommended.

Dream holiday in Villapiana that never disappoints... top beach and sea. Casa Nina is welcoming, new, clean and cared for in every detail. They've thought of everything. You can feel the passion and dedication of the hosts. The location is spectacular on the sea. Premises and services within walking distance. Parking under the house. Assorted and new equipment. Very clear instructions in the house. Esmeralda is very kind to fulfil any "extra" requests quickly. As soon as we arrived, they pampered us with a welcome based on fruit and the necessary ingredients for a pasta with tomato sauce, as well as water and coffee. Casa Nina is for me synonymous with total relaxation on holiday... Marco and Esmeralda have thought of everything! Despite the accurate descriptions and photos corresponding to reality, for me the accommodation exceeded expectations! I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and I hope to be able to return again. Thanks for the nice holiday... My boyfriend and I will have a wonderful memory!

We have stayed with Graziella before, and as always, she was a very gracious hostess. The airbnb is right in the heart of San Lucido and infinitely walkable. I will be there again soon, I hope.

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

I love Calabria and this home was perfect. I can still hear the waves. Angela took really good care of us and was always responsive. I will definitely reach out to her again when I return to see my family in amantea.

The best Spot when you want to spent the Day at the Beach!

Place is very nice. The house is in front of the sea so it is in a perfect location for those who want a relaxing vacation. The walk is very nice, not far from restaurants, super nice. A few minutes away there is a larger village where you can find supermarkets,shops, bars, etc... Mrs. Angela is very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information for our stay.

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.
