The cottage has recently undergone a complete renovation (including the addition of air conditioning) with attention paid to retaining some of the original charming features of the home. The backyard offers a patio with a propane barbeque, fire pit and seating. Our cottage is in close proximity to the many activities in Sonoma.

The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

Had a great stay here and Nancy was an amazing host! The house was located in an ideal area, very close to wineries, restaurants, and activities. Inside, the house was decorated beautifully and we had everything we needed. There was a fire pit, bar area, and pool outside that we enjoyed. Nancy and Jacob were very responsive and friendly as well. Overall amazing stay and would highly recommend.

It was an amazing place, luxurious, private and spacious. It really felt like a home away from home. Walked around the lot, played in the game room below, and an excellent location to both Sonoma and Napa. It was so comfortable, and a great place to stay as just a couple or with close friends. I would book this place again whenever I want to come to Sonoma and/ or Napa, but for a bit longer as our stay was only for 2 nights.

We have stayed in about 25 Airbnb properties over many years, and none has exceeded our expectations more. Wonderful modern home in beautiful surroundings. The only very minor negative is that the home is on a busy road, making it a bit hard to turn left out of the driveway. When you are in the backyard, you don’t even notice the traffic. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

House was great very spacious for 2 couples. Outside area was great we really enjoyed it. Gated yard makes things feel very private, location was great a 5-8 min drive to down town close to many wineries. There was a little more road noise than I expected but you really didn't hear it when in the house and it wasn't constant. I would definitely come back here again. We all loved it and host was very responsive. Pictures and descriptions are great representatives of the property.
