Our newly remodeled century farmhouse is conveniently located just 1 mile outside Appleton City. You can experience the country but are still close to town. We have bedrooms upstairs so the kids can have their own space. We have basketball and other outdoor sports for kids. Wifi is available. We are close to the ballfield, tennis court and swimming pool. There is plenty of parking space. We also have a small firepit available. Plenty of room to sit and relax outside and enjoy the country.

The Lone Oak

Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night from the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that has been renovated and could have another group staying in it.
