Unsere 30 m² große Ferienwohnung besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer (mit einem Doppelbett sowie einer Zustellcouch), sowie einer Küche, Bad mit WC. Die Räume sind komplett ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Fernseher. Die Wohnung bietet für bis zu maximal 3 Personen Platz. Gratis Internet - WLAN Unsere Ferienwohnung wurde 2019 komplett neu errichtet, sie liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist somit barrierefrei. Wir wurden von "Urlaub am Bauernhof" im Jahr 2022 überprüft und mit 4 Blumen ausgezeichnet.

Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160 x 200 cm 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm 1 x pull-out bed 160 x 200 cm 1 x toddler travel bed (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.

The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.
