The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in 15 minutes walking distance from downtown. The bright living room and south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car directly at the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. In a fantastically idyllic location, between forest, meadows and a sandy beach 250 m away, the holiday apartment, completed in early 2025, is hidden with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an easterly wind), the call of a red kite (with a westerly wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, you have come to the right place.

Lotte. Right on the Schlei!

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Little Forest

Surrounded by greenery, our "Lille Skov" lies in the village of Rabenkirchen-Faulück, just a few kilometers away from Schlei and the Baltic Sea. For up to 4 people, the lovingly renovated cottage offers a lot of comfort and modern amenities. On the large south-facing terrace, you can take an extensive sunbath and enjoy the magnificent views of the large garden, which is completely fenced. There is a parking space in front of the house. Barbecue available. 1 dog is allowed

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. In our thatched roof house from 1890, the small rustic, romantic apartment "Landglück" for 2 people is located in the countryside. Dog owners will feel just as comfortable here as couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet. Furnished in a modern country house style, with lots of self-restored furniture and renovated in 2024, the apartment offers plenty of comfort, a private entrance and a completely fenced private garden area to relax.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Our almost 100 square meter, ecologically developed apartment, with healthy building materials and colors, in an idyllic large rose garden and for a change without TV, should offer peace and relaxation. For active vacations, the Baltic Sea, Denmark and the small port town of Kappeln on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei are nearby. The apartment is located in the middle of the hilly, pleasant landscape of Angeln.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need. It is located in the heart of Süderbrarup and every shopping area is within 1-5 minutes' walk. The train station is only 4 minutes to walk to. From there you can quickly get to Flensburg or, if you want to go in the other direction, also in Eckernförde or Kiel.
