Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Enjoy your break in this cozy apartment with three bedrooms, modern kitchen and new bathroom. The apartment is quiet, just one street behind the promenade – super central and close to the center. A small creek flows right past the house and creates a relaxed atmosphere. From the living room, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Jakobshorn. A parking space right in front of the house makes your stay particularly convenient.

Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
