The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

The location on the edge of the forest invites you to wonderful walks. Lüneburg can be reached in 15 minutes by car, the Elbtalaue in 20 minutes, Hamburg Center in about 45 minutes. A bakery is right around the corner. Short-term overnight stays are available on request.

You can expect a spacious 180 cm bed, a small kitchenette with a sink, equipped for breakfast or snacks, as well as a private bathroom and balcony. The Fantastic studio is part of our detached house, but has a separate access. You can park conveniently on the property.
