The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

The charming and quiet apartment is ideal for short breaks and is used for family visits, by craftsmen, golfers, for training or by tourists. On the terrace, you can relax. The location on the edge of the forest invites you to wonderful walks. Lüneburg can be reached in 15 minutes by car, the Elbtalaue in 20 minutes, Hamburg Center in about 45 minutes. A bakery is right around the corner. Short-term overnight stays are available on request.

Studio in the heart of Lüneburg

Our Studios are located on the ground floor and 1st floor of the house. They are 19-25 sqm in size and have a double bed. Please note that you book a category and we allocate the studios according to availability. Allocation is subject to availability. We are happy to try to accommodate individual requests.  All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and their own separate shower room.

Welcome to our Phantastisches Atelier, a stylish apartment with a special flair and furnished with a lot of love. You can expect a spacious 180 cm bed, a small kitchenette with a sink, equipped for breakfast or snacks, as well as a private bathroom and balcony. The Fantastic studio is part of our detached house, but has a separate access. You can park conveniently on the property.

A bright room invites you to linger. Two cozy armchairs offer the opportunity to read a book or drink a glass of wine in peace. A comfortable double bed (200 × 180) creates all the conditions for a restful night. In the equipped kitchen, meals or just tea or coffee can be prepared. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Enjoy your break in our guest house on the Paulshof at the end of a dirt road. While we live in the neighbouring thatched roof house (in which there is also another holiday apartment), you can enjoy your very private break in this separate cottage. Experience relaxing days with a view over the fields. Ideal for 2 people who want to enjoy nature and life at our Paulshof.

The property is located on the outskirts of Brietlingen-Moorburg - approx. 25 minutes by bike from Lüneburg. By car, you can reach Lüneburg in 15 minutes and downtown Hamburg in 45 minutes.
