Holiday rentals with lake access in Scharmützelsee

We were a group of 9 friends that stayed at Marta’s place for 4 days and had a wonderful time! The location right at the Oder is beautiful. We had very sunny days where we enjoyed the terrace and the little beach area. We also had grey and slightly rainy days where we enjoyed the sauna and the big common areas for cooking and playing games. There are 3 private bedrooms and one double bed and sofa in the open attic/living room. Marta was very friendly and responsive when we had questions.

We rented the place for a few days over New Year's Eve. It had everything you need for a few quiet days. In winter, the apartment is heated by a fireplace. That works well and was completely sufficient even on cold nights. Niels was a friendly and dear host and responded quickly to questions. Glad to come back! Our recommendation: The Ludwig Leichhardt circular trail.

Wonderful stay a short distance from Berlin (about 30 minutes). The house is spacious with two good bedrooms and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort. Spacious living room and large garden with plenty of sun. And as a host Angela was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. There's not much to do nearby, but we really came for Berlin. We'd love to come back with our family.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin City or area and we’d love to return in the future. Wonderful little house on a lakefront property. From the living room you have a direct view of the water! The house is also super cut, with a very spacious kitchen and a cute living room with dining table and sofa. Despite the many bedrooms, there was also no traffic jam in the morning with 5 people, as there are a total of 3 bathrooms. The very quiet location, the in-house sauna and the direct access to the water make this the perfect place to get out of Berlin and get down a little. If we had had the necessary change, we would have preferred to buy the house directly!

I spent a very cozy board game birthday weekend with friends and family at Barbara and Uwe's. We really enjoyed the spaciousness, the garden and the direct access to the lake. We'd love to come back any time, we had an unforgettable time!

We have rarely had such a relaxing holiday:) For whatever reason, we woke up every day at sunrise, started the day with a coffee on the terrace in the beach chair or were alone on the lake with the rowing boat 'Odi‘ (included:)!)..a dream. Frank is a great host!! The place reminded us of a small log cabin in Sweden😊 Everything was perfect.. We will be happy to come back☀️ Thanks again for your hospitality, Frank!

We had a very nice stay at Charlotte's, the apartment is in a quiet location and is easily accessible by bike and public transport. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated, has a nice outdoor seating area and everything you need to have a nice time. The communication with Charlotte also went smoothly, we were able to communicate nicely after her vacation:) Thank you for the wonderful time!

We felt right at home, there was a bottle of water to welcome you, coffee capsules and fresh flowers. The entrance to the castle and the way up to the apartment are spectacular. Inside and outside there was enough space to play (perfect for the children: gate and footballs) and at the same time retreats in a top equipped, very high-quality furnished apartment. Excursions to Berlin and the area are easily accessible by car in less than 1 hour. We will be happy to come back!

This was our second time staying here and it was the perfect getaway for NYE. Lots of routes to walk in the woods around the property with our dogs and a cozy fireplace in the living room. Highly recommended.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived at the property, my heart jumped right away and I was very happy. It was just beautiful, great energy and harmony. It was even nicer than I thought and the hours at the lake as well as in the garden with the blooming apple trees were beautiful. I'm very grateful to have been there and will be back for sure. Great accommodation on the outskirts of Berlin. The house is really nice and quiet and lovingly furnished. Everything was very clean and as in the photos + at Christmas time with nice Christmas decorations. Robyn helped us with questions very quickly and easily. The location is quiet, Falkensee is characterized there by a high number of trees, a car is recommended, but the nearby Falkensee invites you to take a walk. The amenities offer everything you need at a high level and it was a nice time there - thank you for this accommodation.

I had a nice stay at this apartment in Berlin. The place itself was cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood with good food options nearby and a grocery store just down the street. It’s not very close to the main tourist areas, but public transportation is easily accessible and made getting around simple. The host thoughtfully provided essentials like extra towels and even an umbrella, which was very appreciated. The only downsides were that the bed had a strange smell and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and a good option if you’re looking for a quieter area with easy access to the city.

We had a comfortable time and were able to relax very well. Our child was never bored, it always had something to discover. Overall a very nice place to stay, which we are happy to book again.

The summer house and the entire ensemble around the Eule estate is the perfect place for peaceful, nature-loving relaxation!

Very nice uncomplicated reception and very nice apartment, well equipped, but no happy and comfortable beds. The apartment invites you to feel good and relax, plenty of space, beautiful garden area, blooming trees everywhere and chirping birds.

Everything was simply perfect! From the lovely Anette who was always responsive and helpful, through the clean and tidy house and the incredibly-equipped kitchen, to the beautiful and well-maintained (and entirely-fenced) garden, where our dog could roam freely. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return if we’re ever back in the area.

The place is super nice, we had a very relaxed time. The furniture in the garden is very comfortable and you can relax and eat outside in good weather. The communication with Doreen was very easy. Everything was clean, the bed very comfortable. We would mist definitely visit again. The area around the house is also very quiet, you can also reach the lake quickly. 10/10 ⭐️

We spent a few days at Yvonne's lake house over the Easter holidays. The house is super quiet, has direct access to the lake shore. Perfect to leave the everyday stress a little behind you. The kitchen is well equipped! Communication with Yvonne was great and she was always quickly accessible and super friendly.

The host is super friendly. We felt comfortable in the accommodation and had everything we needed. When we arrived, everything was already prepared for us. It's great for nature lovers.
