The town hall and Nikolaikirche church are 200 meters away and you can stroll past historic Gibel houses in 5 minutes to the harbor and the ocean surroundings as well as the Gorch Fock. You can reach the beach in 8 minutes. The shopping mall is 300 meters away. According to independent guest review, the location is the busiest part of Stralsund.

Our charming little beach hotel is located directly on the white beach sand in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The house was built around 1890 from Fürst Malte to Putbus in the style of bathing architecture. A villa with history, where we offer 19 rooms with shower/toilet in different sizes. Our restaurant is comfortably furnished with lots of wood and has 40 seats. A small terrace invites you to linger in the summer. We offer breakfast daily from 7 am; a la carte is open from 12 pm.
