Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

With us you are on the sunny side!

The apartment is surrounded by nature, away from the road, yet close to the village. There you will find shopping facilities such as Volg, Spar mini, bakery with coffee and also a restaurant. We also have an indoor pool, where you can enjoy the warm water on the bubble loungers and admire the mountains. The apartment has many toys, a TV with 7 days of replay. The kitchen is well equipped but without a dishwasher. From the living room and bedroom you can see the mountains and Lake Walen.

MEHRSiCHT - House in a dream location

MEHRSiCHT – this name stands for what it promises. In an elevated position above Lake Walen is the originally renovated "Ammler" farmhouse with two residential units, each with its own entrance. Our 0041 schöne79 accommodation, Unit 544, is located on a larger, older farm property. The property is somewhat secluded and surrounded by meadows, offering views of the beautiful Glarus mountains. In this area, you can enjoy the peace and quiet. However, there are also an incredible number of sights and activities in the area. We are happy to help you find something suitable. The studio is wheelchair accessible and has no steps.

The studio is set at the edge of the village center of Weesen in a quiet residential area. The lake is 150 m away. Excursions to the region are perfectly possible due to the perfect transport connections. Together with the regions of Heidiland, Glarnerland, St. Gallen and Lake Zurich, the excursion possibilities within an hour's drive are almost endless. The village center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
