It’s the perfect spot for families, Oktoberfest visitors, fair guests, or simply anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

Retreat under the roof

A wonderful retreat. Only two stairs to climb before you enter your own little kingdom. Lovingly designed, flooded with light and very well equipped. 25 min South of Munich, in the countryside, quiet, and yet everything is within walking distance: Bakery, bank, supermarket, inn and pharmacy as well as the lake. There is parking in front of the house. Ideally suited for two people. There is a very cozy extra bed in the stairwell, but it is only suitable for guests with an affinity for climbing.
