The apartement is on the fourth floor in a building from the Gründerzeit. It is 78 square meters big and has 2,5 room. Its suitable for three guests. Within three minutes you will find the subway station U9 Nauener Platz. From there It takes 10 minutes to get to the center. All what you need for daily life you ll find in many different shops nearby. To relax and enjoy you find coffeeshops, restaurants, an outside swimming pool, a park and a center for contemporary dance just around the corner.

Diese kleine Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt neben einem See und seinem Park. Sie ist weniger als eine Gehminute von dem nächsten U-Bahnhof entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, ein Drogeriemarkt, Imbisse und Restaurants. Die Umgebung zum See hin ist sehr ruhig und auch die Einkaufsstraße liegt weit genug entfernt, um einen ruhigen Aufenthalt entfernt des Trubels genießen zu können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ermöglicht jeglichen Komfort.

Old East German Charm

An apartment with the original charme of East Berlin old building flats. The flat faces a courtyard and is sheltered from the street, so it's quiet. In almost all rooms I have removed the wallpaper (some of it is still in progress), revealing decades-old surfaces that let you breathe history. The old floor and vintage furniture add to that atmosphere I live there most of the time and I am still renovating and decorating. So, it's not completely finished yet, but has incredible charme.

Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Whg. im Hinterhof mit Wohnküche und Bad. Blick zum Hofgarten. Zentral am Schäfersee, 2 min Laufweg zur U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz und Mitte und 15 Min nach Kreuzberg mit der Bahn. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)
