Welcome to your charming 1 bedroom apartment in a nice area of Schaerbeek, Brussels! Located on the groundfloor of a typical 1928 house, the apartment offers 1 double bedroom with wardrobes, a separate living room, a kitchen, the shower room and a south facing courtyard. The flat has been entirely done up 4 years ago, but we kept all the typical elements: tiling, high ceilings, wooden floors etc. The neighbourhood is very representative of the authentical Brussels: multi-cultural and lively.

We really enjoyed our stay at Florians apartment. It was clean, the neighborhood was calm and felt safe with a walkable distance to both Brussels Noord station and Brussels Central and to the tourist attractions. There was good information about how everything worked in the apartment and if anything was unclear, Florian answered fast. I really recommend it!

We had the best time staying at Barbaras place. The cats got used to us very quickly and made the stay feel very special. Even without wifi access we had lots of fun checking out her music collection. I would definitely recommend staying here! The Atomium is in walking distance, which was very fun! :)

Cosy and bright flat nested in the heart of BXL

Anna was a fantastic host and helped me check in when I arrived in Brussels. She was amazingly kind and provided me with lots of local recommendations. I took all of her advice when it came to restaurants and had wonderful meals because of it! The flat is quite large and spacious, and felt very homey. There is even an office off the bedroom for those who may need to work while on holiday. The flat would be perfect for groups ranging from couples to families with chidren. It is very conveniently located for public transport - for the metro (the stop is right outside the door) and for the train - which makes it a great location to use to go on day trips to surrounding towns and for travel to, or out of, the country. You can also see a spire of the Grand Place from the windows! Everything is easily walkable for restaurants, shops, museums and historic sites. Thanks Anna for a wonderful visit to Brussels!

Nice spot on a quiet street with some nice restaurants and cafes nearby, & the grand palace less than a 30 minute walk. I had missed that the ceiling is incredibly low where the bed is so it’s not possible to stand, unless you’re a very small child. It also does get toasty; it was so warm my second night there (29° inside, it seemed) I opted to sleep on the lower level with the small AC pointed at me.

I really enjoyed my stay at Arnor’s place. It’s such a clean, bright, and spacious apartment. Arnor was responsive and flexible, which made the whole process of staying there pleasant.
