Location was ideally suited to drive by car to the nearest P+R to get from there anywhere comfortably to Hamburg and back home. And "home" is chosen here on purpose. You felt at home. We were looking for a short break from city life and that is exactly what we got: picturesque nature in the area, wide fields, a beautiful old estate on which the apartment is in the back, absolute silence at night, relaxing peace and quiet during the day. Henrike is a great and very nice host and also the rest of her family is very nice and helpful. We and our dog felt very much at home. We will be happy to come back!

Great Airbnb! The place was clean, well appointed and as described. The location was particularly practical: the subway station is only a 3-minute walk away, and from there you can reach the city centre in about 20 minutes. There is also a shopping centre, supermarket and restaurants nearby - all within easy reach. Sandra was very friendly and easy to reach, everything went smoothly. Overall a pleasant stay – happy to come back!

We had the very nice large apartment with 2 bedrooms and very large terrace. Everything as new as the house is only 2 years old. No disturbances from the other guests. Kitchen very well equipped. Everything picibello! A top-notch stay, great for cycling, lockable shed with charging option, several lakes around, Ratzeburg n a stone's throw away, good restaurants ... I stayed 3 nights at Bergi's and felt very comfortable. My dog was also warmly welcomed. The rest has done me a lot of good... Can't say much about the surroundings, because I was on the island of Poel during the day. Will be back 😊

Very nice cosy place, feels just like home. The area is a bit remote, it is nice to have a car to go around.

Great place to stay. Idyllic and quiet location, as we were there due to a family celebration, the priorities were different than on vacation. But if you are there on vacation, you have a perfect location close to the city center.

Everything was great! Totally cozy, super clean and really lovingly furnished – even our dog was thought of. The area is nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The beds were super comfortable and the hosts were super friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We stayed here for three months and felt very comfortable. The atmosphere and decor of the house give the feeling that you are really at home. As a result, it is less of a locked apartment than a real house where someone else has just lived. In some rooms, some accessories have also been a little in the way. But that wasn't an issue for such a long stay. The property is very large. You have a lot of space to spread out and set up. Communication with Malte went smoothly and very relaxed. The only small negative points for us were the very old stove in the kitchen and the lack of a washing machine. You have to be prepared for that. Otherwise, the location should be mentioned positively. You have the forest right outside the door and can take wonderful walks to the lake. The neighborhood is very quiet and we slept well and felt very comfortable.

We spent a great few days in this beautiful house. The children loved counting the numerous snails, discovering the dike with the handcart or making bread on a stick in the garden. In the morning, we saw a deer with two fawns up close and were able to observe numerous birds. And Mechthild and her husband were also very nice hosts with whom you could have a chat in the garden from time to time.

We had a great stay and the apartment is simply fantastic. The area is great for walking. The apartment is equipped with everything and so lovingly designed. We will be back!!

We have been two families, eight in total, who have stayed in "Alte Schule", and there was plenty of space. Everything was very neat and clean when we arrived, and overall the place was a perfect setting for some quiet days in a wonderful company! The place can only be recommended on our end!

Our stay was quite wonderful and there really is nothing to complain about! The cottage was the perfect size for us, the kitchen was well equipped and the sauna of course our highlight. We were exploring the beautiful surroundings, watching the sunset from the high chairs in the evening and Martin even had wood ready for a fire for us. The communication was, also great and we are very happy to come back!

Juergen’s apartment was perfect for us!!! It is a compact space but has everything you could possibly need!!! We enjoyed the brightness of the apartment due to the large windows & we cannot talk enough about the location (fun neighbourhood with an incredible number of wonderful dining opportunities) it was wonderful!! Entry into the apartment was easy & Juergen was an excellent communicator! We highly recommend Juergen’s Air B & B but it is important to know there are several flights of steep stairs & no elevator!

We had a wonderful stay! It was very cozy and clean - we lacked nothing! Above all, we were very enthusiastic about the hospitality! Many, many thanks!

Astrid's apartment is fantastic. It is furnished with a lot of love and care and has everything you need. Communication with Astrid was very good, as I was helped immediately with questions. What I really appreciated was the privacy that was maintained, even though Astrid lives in the same house. I had absolute peace and could enjoy my time. In summer, as it is now, the apartment is pleasantly cool. The surroundings are wonderful and it is worth walking to the Kellersee, which is only about 5 minutes from the apartment. The city centre can be reached in about 7 minutes by car. All in all, a wonderful stay. I'll be back for sure.

Stunning apartment which was lovely and cool to return to after walking in the heat. We were a family group of six adults and there was plenty of space for us all. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the showers were fantastic. Having an outside courtyard was a bonus! Would definitely recommend!

We were warmly welcomed by Gesine. Very nice hostess 😊 always available to us (if there is anything). Your animal companion 🐶 is also quite enchanting. We'll be back, for sure. 😇🙏🏻😊

Absolutely stunning location in the most beautiful part of Hamburg. The views and the activity on the river are a constant source of interest and excitement.

Tobi's accommodation was a dream! Very modern furnishings, enough space for everything and nothing was missing in the furnishings. The city centre and the castle are connected by a walk and can be reached on foot. Or alternatively, in a few minutes by bus. Communication with Tobi was very straightforward. The Welcome Book has given us a good overview. The place is highly recommended!
