With approximately 23 square meters, it is the smallest - the "cozy" apartment for one person, be happy for 2, when the 140-bed, he is big enough for you. Nevertheless, everything is there to feel comfortable at once: a fully equipped, ultra modern mini kitchen with espresso machine, a flat screen TV, wireless, wall safe, a little work and an elegant bathroom. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Here you can spend hours relaxing in the garden.

"Garden happiness" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and within walking distance of the sea. Large windows open the view to the garden, nature and tranquility included. Approximately 60 m² offer up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked at an additional cost, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

The 33 sqm separate non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet courtyard of an old town house. There is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, gastronomic oven, induction range, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and a large modern double bed. Within walking distance are all the sights and several supermarkets open Mon to Sat until 11 pm. The apartment is large enough for 2 people, offers enough closets and shelves, even for a longer stay.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.
