Amazing location and beautiful apartment! Perfect for me and my friend! Very spacious and two bathrooms .. lovely stylish interior with beautiful windows looking out to the street of the Piazza. Very central and beautiful experience. Highly recommend :)

Great apartment, very nice host, made us feel at home. You can do a lot on foot, beach within a few minutes' walk. Supermarkets Lidl, Coop, Coop City and Penny nearby. On Fridays, there is a large, beautiful weekly market nearby and you can also easily get to the beach promenade on a walk. Stalls were also set up there on Sundays. All in all, a very nice holiday. After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We really enjoyed his place. Here are the pros and cons. Cons A/c was hard to figure out. I was not aware there were 3 units to have to turn on and set. Bar noise on night one until 2:00 am. What you get in busy area. Parking is really a long way away and uphill and you have to pay for it. Not a park and get out place. Be prepared to walk. Pros Location is fantastic. Very close to restaurants and sites. Private location. View was much better than expected. Very nice place. Decorated great. Very large. Easily enough room for 5 or 6.

Beautiful accommodation in a small village. The grounds with the large garden and pool are very well maintained. There are small cafes and supermarkets nearby. The surroundings are also very inviting for walks and bike rides. Thank you for the wonderful stay! 😊

The stay at Paola's house was very good. The location is perfect because it is close to different places in Tuscany. It has an incredible view and Paola was very kind giving us recommendations about the area.

Michela and Maurizio were excellent guests. Very responsive and great communicators. Their place feels right at home, clean, peaceful, with all amenities that made our stay very comfortable! The villa is at a great location and close to the main attractions. One of the best airbnb we stayed! Highly recommended!

Casa di Laura is a dream. I shared the location with all my friends because coming here is a wonderful gift to give yourself. We left reluctantly, like when you leave a holiday home you've grown fond of. The surroundings are beautiful, as is the house, a quiet garden with attention to every detail and a pool that changes the whole holiday. A dip before going down to Siena to visit (which is 15 minutes by car, not even) is like coming home before going down for dinner. Ideal for cooling off from the summer heat. It was truly wonderful, and we will be back! Thank you so much Laura for sharing with us the restaurant for lunch, dinner and aperitif and for being so flexible with the schedule. We haven't even met, but after being at your house, it's as if I know you. Thank you!

Enjoyable stay. Close to many beautiful towns.

This place is a dream! Everything is stunning. I loved every room and every view. Everything is thoughtfully put together with comforts like an ice machine and AC on when you arrive. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. I loved the wine available for purchase. Pietro was a great communicator and helpful with fabulous suggestions and support. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We had the most amazing time in the house as well as walking around the city in the evenings. The location is perfect for everything from shopping to restaurants and wine tastings. We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We rented the whole property to include the additional third room and we had a great time. Located in a remote and very quiet setting, the property provides an authentic Tuscan experience. It has a magnificent garden with a great view and a great pool. We saw wild boars and horses afar from the terrace every day. The outdoor dining area is spacious and very relaxing. Our hosts, Emilio and Simona, are very nice, responsive and accommodating during our entire stay. Thank you Emilio and Simona for your warm hospitality.

Very nicely located and cozy place. We loved the quiet location overlooking the olive grove and the possibility to heat with wood. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything necessary, the center of Bibbona within walking distance (beautiful, about 20 minute walk). To make larger purchases you need a car, as well as to drive to the sea or to other places. We felt very comfortable and recommend this place!

Francesco’s loft was in the heart of Siena and had plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance of the airbnb. I recommend packing light for Siena in general, with the hilly streets and about 20 steps up to the Airbnb from the external door- which was no problem for my sister and I. The loft was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We spent most of our time outside exploring, but it was a peaceful place to start our morning making coffee and end our nights. The place was very clean and had a very nice shower with multiple settings. The upstairs bathroom with washer was convenient and allowed us to pack lighter. Francesco was a very responsive host, letting us know check in info early on and answering any questions we might have had. I highly recommend this serene spot. I also unfortunately upon leaving realized I left a couple of dresses and Francesco was quick to respond and willing to send them to me. An amazing host!! 🫶🏽

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the centre. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

Wonderful stay in San Gimignano We felt very comfortable in Aurora's apartment from the first moment. The handover was warm and uncomplicated. We would like to highlight Giacomo's great recommendations – we were able to implement many of them and discovered some real highlights. The apartment itself is very clean, well equipped and is in a top location: In just 5 minutes you are in the middle of the historic centre of San Gimignano. Parking was also completely unproblematic - there were plenty of free parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity. We would come back anytime – highly recommended!
