Elena's apartment is very centrally located, yet super quiet in a side street. We felt right at home in the airbnb. Everything was very neat and from the balcony in the bedroom you have a beautiful view! Elena herself was always easily accessible and always super pleasant to deal with.

We had a very nice stay at Stefania’s place. She is super friendly and helpful! The place was very nice and clean. Perfect for 3 people :)

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

Prior to my 2025 stay of 4 nights at Casa Fusari, I had not been to Siena for 25 years. So, I was basically seeing it for the first time. My research prepared me for what I wanted to see and photograph (my hobby is photography). Casa Fusari was my best guess at being where I wanted to be. It turned out to be a perfect location. I was 2-3 minutes from the Siena Cathedral complex (the Duomo) and about 5 minutes from IL Campo (the large city square that includes City Hall and the Torre del Mangia). It was also an excellent location relative to a huge selection of restaurants. It was in the ZTL (traffic free zone) which made it very walkable, but it could be reached by taxi. In my experience with Airbnbs in many Italian inner cities, it is hard to find an apartment that does not involve stair climbing and frequently many stairs in cramped spaces. Casa Fusari was only 3 steps from street level and very easy. Having Silvia as the host was the frosting on the cake.

We stayed in this beautifully furnished and very cozy apartment with five people for a week. The decor is extremely lovingly designed and gives the apartment a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which you immediately feel comfortable. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the apartment offers plenty of space for a family or group. Wi-Fi: During our stay, the Wi-Fi did not always work reliably, which was a bit frustrating, especially in bad weather, as we would have liked to watch movies. However, the problem was with the Internet provider due to storm damage, and the host was extremely accommodating and helpful. He responded quickly to our request, which we greatly appreciated. Kitchen equipment and space: The kitchen is sufficient for five people, but with an occupancy of eight people it gets a little tight. There are not enough plates, chairs, and the table also offers for eight people

I travel a lot for both business and leisure, but I rarely felt so at home as in the 4 days spent by Andrea. The house is simply wonderful, cared for in every detail, welcoming and with a soul. It's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful I've ever visited! But what makes the stay really special is Andrea himself: proactive, helpful, attentive... you clearly feel that he loves what he does. Genuine and warm hospitality that leaves your mark. In every room you can breathe quality: the mattress was very comfortable (I slept like a fairytale!), the very spacious bathroom with a really spacious and relaxing shower. The TV in both the bedroom and the living room is also a plus, it's not for everyone! Top experience, absolutely recommended.

The apartment is in a fabulous location and overlooks the piazza. Close to restaurants and the Gelateria. The apartment is so central and is comfortable, warm and welcoming. All amenities as listed. Apartment was clean and spacious. Francesco communicated well and instructions to park and get to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Close to all the attractions, comfortable bed, lovely shower and what a view over the piazza. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in San Gimignano.

Laura is a wonderful host! She gave us great recommendations about the area and nearby places. The location of the house is perfect — very close to Siena and many beautiful spots in Tuscany. The house is actually even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was very clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Having coffee in the garden was such a lovely experience. There’s also an adorable dog in the garden who kept us company — such a sweet touch! I highly recommend staying here!

You will love this place! Alessandro was easy to communicate with and check in was smooth. The apartment is fitted with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and nearby all main sites in Lucca. The photos don’t do this place justice 😍 We would definitely stay again

There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Wow, what an amazing stay at Gianluca’s place! The location is hands down amazing. In the central shopping area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. We always felt very safe traversing the area. The interior of the unit was spectacular. Beautiful furniture. Gianluca had slippers, different soaps, & snacks awaiting for us upon arrival. Check in and checkout were both easy. Beds were so comfy. And there was a sauna! We requested a change to the reservation and Gianluca was quick to respond and accommodating. He also gave us suggestions on transfers and tours in the area. Really appreciated how helpful he was and also how beautifully stunning the place was! The pictures don’t even begin to do it justice! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Sienna from your home!

A beautiful Bijou in the hills of Tuscany. Decorated with love and sense of aesthetics. Beautiful decor details and dishes. It smelled very fine in the Hus. We were totally surprised, it was even nicer than in the photos, I almost had the tears when I saw it. Dear Simone, you made a beautiful spot even more beautiful, bravo! This was our first time visiting Italy so each stop we made was an adjustment. Finding the unit was a little like a treasure hunt but we did so without our heavy luggage since we arrived early. The instructions are clear but new is new and it just took us a little while. The apartment is downright stunning. We absolutely loved the interior design and lighting. It was our favorite stop on our week long tour because of the accommodations. The laundry was very helpful and the directions manual included all the details. Thanks for such a memorable home!

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Apartment as pictured, with a large covered veranda and terrace from which you can see a spectacular sunset over the sea. Covered parking at an agreed rate just a short walk from the apartment. The host was very helpful and responsive. We stayed a few days but it deserves more.

We had a wonderful stay which was a highlight of our trip. We really hope to come back to this apartment sometime as it is a very special place.

Andrea’s apartment is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a week with my parents during Easter. The location is right in the center of the Siena, with incredible views of the surrounding hills. The apartment was fully equipped and there were even extras that we did not expect. We did most of our cooking at home, so it was perfect. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful when we reached out. Especially with parking. We had a car and were in and out of the city quite often. I would highly recommend this place. It was an amazing stay and a fantastic host!

Perfectly located. It had every amenity you could possibly imagine — and even more! The space was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed. We loved staying at Massimiliano‘s apartment during our 4-night stay in Siena. It was clean and offered everything you might need. More important, it was not in the center of Siena where it can get rather crowded and noisy on afternoons and evenings and during the weekend. If you do not mind a 10 to 15 minute (slightly uphill) walk, then this apartment is definitely for you. The communication with Massimiliano was always easy and on time. Would definitely stay here again!
