Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sayausi

This is our new favorite place to stay in Cuenca. It is on the edge of El Centro, which makes it close to all the activity while it is still on a relatively quiet street. There is Free street parking as well as a parking lot just around the corner that charges five dollars per night. The suite is really designed for just two people. The bed is fairly comfortable, there is a nice TV, and the shower is excellent. The kitchen is nicely equipped, although there is no coffee maker. It is nice having push button access to the suite, no keys to worry about. Be sure to check out the modern art museum just across the street, and consider eating at El Pedregal and Sabatino's. Fuimos en familia y la experiencia fue perfecta de principio a fin. La casa estaba impecable, muy bien equipada y con una vista hermosa a la naturaleza. La ubicación es ideal para quienes quieren desconectarse y disfrutar del aire puro, pero también está lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad para cualquier necesidad. Lourdes y Edgar son muy atentos y siempre están a las órdenes para cualquier duda . En realidad , volveríamos mil veces más . ¡Recomendadísimo!

Stayed 1 month at this spacious 3 bedroom condominium in the hills above the main city of Cuenca. All beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. Kitchen has most everything needed to cook at home. Dr. Santiago was friendly, responsive and very helpful with check-in and other concerns. Supermarket and restaurants are 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Overall good stay.

Beautiful house in the countryside of Cuenca, we loved staying there.

Perfect place for what we needed. Only things the 4 flights of stairs however we didn’t mind it at all as we took it as exercise. Will definitely stay over again.

Es la primera vez con mi familia que pedimos un Airbnb, estoy encantada de que encontraramos el alojamiento de Rossy, es súper cómodo, tranquilo y muy bonito. En general, Rossy fue una estupenda anfitriona ✨ super amable, responsable y respetuosa, siempre estuvo al pendiente de mi y mi familia, incluso como era nuestra primera vez en cuenca, nos recomendo restaurantes y lugares que visitar. Nos recibio muy gentilmente y con chocolates, de verdad que súper recomendado, si en un futuro tengo la oportunidad de volver a cuenca, sin duda escogería el alojamiento de Rossy otra vez. ♥️

Muy confortable el departamento, la ubicación accesible pero no esta justamente tan cerca del centro como para ir caminando, muy organizado, limpio y agradable. Definitivamente regresaría y lo recomiendo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was nice and walkable with access to the river path just a few blocks away. The bathroom was definitely small, but overall nice. Some of the neighbors and their dogs were a bit noisy, but there's nothing the host can do about that. It didn't really bother me much. Just something to be aware of. I would happily stay here again.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el alojamiento de Patricia, el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo con todo lo necesario y tuvimos la cunita para mi bebé…. El edificio es muy seguro y tiene una linda área de juegos para niños… Patricia fue una muy buena anfitriona… un lugar al que definitivamente volveremos… recomendado

El lugar me pareció super tranquilo, hay farmacias, locales de comida muy cerca aun que no compre nada cerca de la propiedad me pareció super bien tomarlo en consideración, recomendado !!

Todo bien con el lugar, los host bastante amables pero había un fuerte olor fuerte a humedad, el duvet y las almohadas pequeñas estaban sucias, al igual que el lavabo del baño, tuve que tomar fotos porque en las reglas de la casa hay bastantes multas por bastantes cosas mucho ruido de los vecinos y del exterior.

Aaron’s place is not only beautiful and quaint. The location is ideal for local restaurants and steps to dt. But I’m also very impressed with the communication with Aaron and Alla. They did their best to accommodate my parents and were in touch with me promptly. I highly recommend their place and will definitely be visiting again.

I enjoyed my monthly stay at Bamboo Sierra. It’s a beautiful and nicely decorated apartment. The glass walls let in lots of light and peacefulness. Nice neighborhood with a few restaurants and a basic little store down the street. Also a river nearby great for walks. I did have some plumbing issues while I was there that took a while to fix, but eventually got resolved. Valeria is very friendly and attentive to guests needs. Great stay in Cuenca.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The space was small but comfortable and had all the essential amenities I needed. The area felt safe, and having parking available was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable, making for a restful stay. The host was responsive and helpful at all times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend for a short and convenient stay!
