The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 square meters on a total of two levels with open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with fantastic location and private boat dock. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the 55" UHD SmartTV. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-seater kayak.

The lovingly developed circus wagon offers you a super cosy retreat in the middle of nature - and that at any time of the year. Enjoy sunsets in the vicinity of our sheep, or make yourself comfortable by the fire. The mobile tiny house has a stove, electricity and water connection, a private guest bathroom in the main house and is suitable for max. 3 pers. plus infant.

Good location for trips to the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Ilsenburg, Wolfenbüttel, Bad Harzburg can be reached within half an hour. Braunschweig is also only 40 minutes away. Osterwieck itself has a very wonderful old town with over 400 half-timbered houses. We are also called the pearl of Saxony-Anhalt. The city is now 1050 years old and is located on the Romanesque Road and on the Via Romea pilgrimage route

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our extensive garden, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Welcome to our tiny house on Sundhäuser lake in Nordhausen ! On 30m2 there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is available in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. Furthermore, there is the possibility of a cot and a high chair. Sup and canoe can be rented on site.
