The entire home is filled with beautiful natural light and the brick walls ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The yard is completely surrounded by a 15ft hedgerow of holly, magnolia and camellias, like walking into a secret garden. You will feel welcome from the moment you drive up. The home offers three bedrooms and one bathroom - one king bed, one queen bed, and a set of bunkbeds. There’s also a pull out couch if that more so meet your needs. The home offers a remodeled and fully stocked kitchen, laundry area/mudroom on the inside, as well as a spacious backyard, fire pit in front and rear porches.

Are you looking for a relaxing getaway in a fishing village with a century-old cottage? Saxis is a quiet fishing village located on the eastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay. The Hummingbird Cottage is situated across from the Saxis Island Museum and within walking distance of two restaurants, an ice cream bar, and a fishing pier. Saxis is suitable for kayaking, photography, biking, boating, etc. Nearby locations include Chincoteague, Assateague Seashore, NASA Wallops Flight Center, etc.

Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. Rumbley Cottage is enjoyed year- round with a great fireplace.
