There are many nice things in our area. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Ett mycket trevligt boende med sjötomt och strand i ett fantastiskt läge. Invändigt finns det en stor yta som kombinerar kök med vardagsrum innehållande en mysig kamin. Två sovrum och ett badrum. Ej tvättmaskin. Plats för sex personer då soffan är en bäddsoffa. Vattnet ej drickbart men diskbart. Det finns en fylld 10-literdunk vid ankomst som kan fyllas på inne i byns lokala Ica-affär. Lillstuga på tomten med ytterligare fyra sovplatser. Roddbåt och kanot finns nere på stranden. Fiskekort krävs.

One bedroom with bunk bed - king size and a single one, bedroom 2 - two bunk beds, plus a bed sofa. At the upper level of the house there are 2 beds. Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
