It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Ideally located between Avallon, "the gateway to Morvan" and Semur-en-Auxois "the medieval city", La Mamounerie is a small 34 m² apartment, located in the center of the village of Toutry.
