Maison rénovée située au cœur des vignobles Bordelais, à 35 minutes de Bordeaux (20 minutes en train), 15 minutes de Libourne, 20 minutes de Saint-Émilion et environ 1h20 des plages (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon). Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha et transats pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles.
