Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha et transats pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Old wine farm in the heart of the vineyard and its cellar/press lovingly renovated into a 45 m2 cottage, with private garden. The house consists of a living/dining room, equipped kitchen and bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. In the village center, all shops within walking distance. 10 minutes from Libourne, 20 minutes from Saint Emilion and 40 minutes from Bordeaux. Between the ocean and Périgord. Accommodation adjacent to the main property occupied by the owners.

Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles.
