When you arrive at our home, you will discover our local producers' store where a pretty fruit basket will be waiting for you. 5 min from 1 shopping area and the 4-lane highway. Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. If you want to discover our region, this house is ideally located, close to the main roads Nantes/St Nazaire and Nantes/Vannes. 35 km from Nantes Atlantique Airport, the SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, the city center, cinema and shopping area are also within walking distance. Discover Nantes and the machines of the island, Le Croisic and the wild coast, Guérande and the salt marshes, St Marc and the beach of Mr Hulot… For hikers: the GR 3 passes near the house!

Petit appartement atypique sous rampants au-dessus de notre garage, nous avons privilégié un petit salon assez spacieux et trois espaces nuits "petits " (voir photos) mais bien distincts . centre ville, tous commerces et nombreux stationnement gratuits juste en face. Nous pouvons mettre des serviettes de toilettes à disposition : 5 € / serviette / séjour. A disposition dans le logement torchons à vaisselle, microfibre et serpillière pour le ménage.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!
