An open floor plan, the living room/kitchen have a comfortable sofa, a TV, a table for 5-6, refrigerator, sink, oven, microwave & Keurig. This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. Kayaks, Paddle boards, basketball court. Sorry, we don't allow guests in the pool.
