Holiday rentals with a kayak in Savannah River

Lovely place, very helpful/responsive hosts (Chris/Chrisi and Kim)beautiful and serene surroundings with easy 10 minutes access or less to Lexington and all its restaurants/shops. The home is older but key areas have been updated (kitchen and master bathroom). Our kids loved the double full bunk beds downstairs and the fire-pit was great for family time/smores. The dock was perfect for turtle/bird watching. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in every way… We “highly recommend” staying here if you desire a hassle free vacation on the water! Not only is the home beautifully decorated and extremely clean, it has everything ‘extra’ you may need as well… such as electronic device charging stations, extra blankets, comfortable seating indoor and outdoors, game room, toys, games, baby/toddler amenities, life vests, fishing rods, kayaks, and the list goes on and on. Kitchen is totally stocked with any utensil you could imagine, pots & pans, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and many thoughtful things such as a snack bar, coffee and amenities. Beds were comfy and bathrooms had extra toiletries such as shampoo, body soap, Qtips, extra tissue, blow dryer, curling iron, etc. Honestly all you need to bring are your personal belongings and groceries! This has been the “Best” place we’ve stayed thus far and it was such a fun experience! The hosts were also great, and very responsive. Don’t miss out on this one!!!

Was a beautiful home, and we would happily stay again. We arrived right after storms had passed through and had no power for for first few hours. Hosts were very accommodating in making sure house still got cleaned and ready even without power. They offered to refund our first night if wanted to delay coming, and were keeping me posted almost hourly of updates. Was no fault of theirs, just Mother Nature. Loved the kayaks and all the board and card games. The deck and views are worth the whole place. Even provided s’mores supplies to make. Also the beds were extremely comfortable! Could not have asked for a better get away. Would love to return!

What an amazing home on the lakefront! Gorgeous views of the lake with multiple places to gather outside and take it all in. Besides spending time on the dock, we spent most of our time in the screened in "4 seasons" room enjoying coffee in the morning, meals throughout the day, cocktails at sunset, and playing games. Everything about our stay was a 5 star experience from the time we checked in until we left. Katie left clear instructions on how to check in along with some recommendations for the area. She was quick in resonding to inquiries and made us feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were of high quality. The ping pong table was a hit along with the kayaks on the dock. All were used frequently. It was an idyllic location and the perfect family getaway for our long weekend at the lake!

We had a great time at Camp Q. We wanted a relaxing getaway with our kids and dog that's what we got. We fished everyday. Took a couple of kayak trips. Everything was there for us to cook meals in the kitchen and grill outside. The weather was questionable for a day but there were games and movies to watch. The snacks were a big hit for my kids, so thank you!!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean. We had enough room and it was perfect location. We loved every second of our stay. We will definitely visit again since we only live an hour and half away. We look forward to many more trips to Anchors Away.

Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Very clean . Enjoyed the sun room and pool the most , would definitely stay again .

Wendy made us feel very welcome! I had a few questions about the house and the area before we arrived and she answered me promptly. She also provided a house manual that included many suggestions regarding the area which was quite helpful. We loved the neighborhood and accessibility to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. The backyard and pool were a quiet oasis surrounded by beautiful flowering bushes and trees. It was such a lovely place to retreat to in the early morning with a cup of coffee to relax and or catch sight of a hummingbird or butterfly. After a day of touring or visiting the beach it was so nice to go home to enjoy the swimming pool and barbeque. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. So much attention to detail. Missy definitely curated a romantic “vibe”! We watched a summer storm roll in over the marsh in the porch swing out back and had fun listening to vinyl on the record player. Host was lightning fast to respond to questions. Just a quick golf cart ride to the beach and lighthouse. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Loved this stay! They were very accommodating in letting me move my reservation after some family things arose. The parking is as described so pay special note to that. I really appreciated all the small details along with a well stocked kitchen (spices, staples, even s’mores!) and the bathroom essentials. Would recommend and would stay again!

My family and I had a great time. We hope to come back here in a couple of months. The place was clean, the neighbors were welcoming and fishing at the cabin was the icing on the cake.

I always try to stay here when I come to Baxley. Always clean,peaceful and in a decent location. As always , I will be coming back to stay.

The cottage and setting were lovely. It was nice to be situated among the woods/trees. Chris provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions as well as valuable information about places to eat and see. Chris is an exceptional host and he makes his guests needs a priority. The cottage is laid out in a way that shows Chris was thinking of the guest’s comfort. He also has a very friendly disposition and we learned he is a local celebrity! I would stay at his cottage again if I am in that area again.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. A peaceful and relaxing location while close to things to do. The house had everything we needed and more. Lake Keowee is beautiful. We’ll be back!

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is tucked into its wooded lot and feels like a private retreat. Between relaxing on the dock, or napping in the screened pavilion, or exploring on kayaks there was something for our entire family to enjoy across the three generations on our trip.

We enjoyed 4 nights with our boat and pups at the Sunset Gem. The cabin has plenty of parking, easily accessible and absolutely spotless. The dock was perfect for our boat and our dogs loved swimming from the little boat ramp area. We even jumped off the dock for a dip due to the unseasonably hot weather. We only did light meal prep while there and brought our own portable gas grill but found the kitchen had all the basic items we needed. We loved boating down to Martin’s landing for ice runs and dinner at the grill and Mexican restaurant. It was so convenient! There is a larger boat ramp at Sunset Park 100 yards away. We thought the property was just perfect for our needs and hope to return.

The cabin was even better in person, Donna went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed. The walk around the neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors were all very friendly. There is a nice view of the river and the atmosphere was so cozy and peaceful. We will be bookmarking for future visits for sure!

The cabin was very cozy and in a good location to go and do pretty much anything in the area. Overall it was a great experience; especially if you are trying to get away and relax while being in nature. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

This is our fourth year coming here and as always it was great! The kids and Grandchildren never want to leave and are asking when can we come back as we are pulling out of the driveway. There's plenty of room for all the kids to play, fishing and swimming among other activities. The front porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee before everyone gets up and I love watching the deer as they cross the yard down by the pond. Ron is quick to respond and helps with any concerns. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! We enjoyed a five night stay at Sabir’s cabin and commuted to Clemson daily as our son attended basketball camp on campus. I will say this is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The cabin was warm and welcoming, spotless, and perfectly matched the description. There was no detail overlooked. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was supplied with more than basic necessities. While we didn’t end up using them, we were happy to find a toaster, blender, and griddle for pancakes. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were cozy. The lake was beautiful. We really enjoyed the swing on the dock and the sunbathing mat. We brought our own kayaks as my husband enjoys his fishing kayak but that was not necessary as Sabir had two youths kayaks and one tandem for use. Overall, it was an exceptional place and I cannot wait to return again soon.

The house was perfect. I loved how clean everything was. My children loved playing in the basement. My husband enjoyed fishing at the lake. The little extras (paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent) were so helpful as we were only there two nights and minimal hours during the day due to baseball tournaments. The only thing I disliked (which may just be a personal preference but also for sanitary reasons) was that there was no mattress protector on the bed. After looking through some linens in basement, I found one that somewhat worked for our bed. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and Linton Realty as they were very responsive and helpful when needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Still 1 of my favorite places to stay. Enjoy being near the lake and it's quiet. House has everything we need as far as amenities go. Jesse is a great host. Never had any issues staying here.
