Campsite holiday rentals in Savannah River

Absolutely loved this place so much that the next time we visit and need a place to stay, we will definitely stay here! This is really our fault, but We would have appreciated instructions for how to run the televisions. We were so busy that by the time we got back home to watch the news each night it was too late to contact our host. We were also so busy from morning till night that we really did not spend a lot of time at this beautiful home. Our host was always so responsive to us but we really didn't think about contacting her as we were too busy throughout the day. I am sure she would have responded if we had taken the time to text her. However, we do not stream or have any type of subscriptions, so it would have been nice to have some kind of documentation to explain how we could watch just local channels on the television sets in the house. Other than that we had no issues and really really loved staying here.

Gene was such a great and helpful host. We spent our first night at his property near the water near his house. We were able to use his kayaks to go kayaking and loved spending time down by the water. WE also used the camper at James Island County Park. The camper was large and had everything we needed. Our kids loved it and at the end of our stay were begging us to buy one! It was a great trip!

Great place! I went there to do a construction project for a nearby island and I thought I was on vacation! Dianna was awesome with keeping me informed and everything advertised was a bit more than expected.

Leah and Sean were more than accommodating for my dog and myself. Very responsive with checking in and recommendations of the surrounding area. Sean gave great instructions on how to operate the trailer and the amenities. It’s a great spot for day hiking. Trails can be within walking distance for all types of levels. Get a nice hike in the morning and relax at the trailer in the covered porch in the evening. The outdoor shower is a must! I would recommend this place for two legged and four legged friends. Thank you Sean and Leah for everything. Excited to come back soon.

Lovely space for one person, close to downtown among other things. Good location and easy to find.

Great camper experience. Andrew’s got an amazing backyard! It takes 15-ish minutes to drive to downtown Charleston, pretty convenient for a short stay. Would love to stay here again if I ever come back!

I stayed at Darrell's for two months. Nice private location. Very quiet. No issues or problems. Bed was really comfortable.

We had a great stay here! Very peaceful and quiet. Abbie and her husband stopped by to check on us and were incredibly friendly.

Great and cute stay! Ac worked great and the location was easily accessible. Shower wipes were a nice bonus as there is no shower. I’d recommend bringing extra mosquito repellent if you are planning on being outside at all. We loved the extra entertainment pieces - board games, books, coloring stuff, and more. Highly recommend!

We stayed a week while visiting our daughter's family, basically needed a place to lay our heads. Donnie & his wife were very friendly, welcoming us upon arrival, checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. Our girls LOVED petting their dogs, which aoaked up all the attention! Donnie had lots of tips for places to visit, and ways to get around the area. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful, camper was clean & well kept. It had everything we needed. I didn't realize the camper was parked right off the back deck, but it worked great for what we needed..

We were looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting our son at Emmanuel University… only about a 30 minute drive. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location which is a short walking distance from a lake. Todd was very responsive and made us feel at home …away from home. Such a nice experience! We will be back!

Corner went above and beyond to fulfill our requests and make our trip enjoyable and relaxing and stress free. We felt so at home. It was such a relief having all of the amenities we could need made readily available. We truly appreciated the kindness and genuine concern for our comfort and for the efforts made to fulfill all our little requests.

Great place to stay especially with having dogs. Love the convenience and experience of it all.

Had a great experience in the camper. It’s private and quiet, about a thirty minute drive to downtown Charleston and Charleston attractions. Outdoor space to hangout and relax if you wanted to.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the camper! So scenic, the camper was clean and so cute, hosts and locals were very friendly, and the surrounding parks and lake were no more than a 15-20 minute drive! Highly recommend this little gem for a getaway from the hustle & bustle of life!
