Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Savannah River

It was clean and private. Actually looks better in person. Amy and her husband were kind and patient on a rainy night and helped me with an embarrassing situation. Would definitely stay again.

Eric was an amazing host. We ran into multiple hiccups during our trip that he was quick to help with. The apartment had a very luxurious feel and is extremely spacious. Everything you need, he provides. Pots and pans, measuring cups, washer and dryer. I’d definitely book again

Check in was easy, finding parking was not a problem and the elevator came in very handy when we had a lot of items to take down or bring up. The walk to the beach was easy and the washing station on the way back was great to get the sand off. Just across the street are a lot of restaurants to choose from. John was quick to respond when we had questions and the condo was nice and clean. We would definitely come back and stay here.

we enjoyed every bit of our stay here! It had a little bit of everything for everyone in our family including our young kids 5,3 and 1. Located right on the golf course which my husband enjoyed watching, walking and practicing on the putting green. Short walk or bike ride to the beach (recommend a stroller or wagon if you have littles as it's just far enough where you'll end of carrying them at the end - speaking from experience 🙃). The home was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We rented bikes right across the street which was very convenient. One thing to note if you have young kids - there is not a bathtub, just showers. We will be back!

We loved the location of this clean, bright space. There is an easy walk to the beach and quick bike rides to the horse stables, Harbor Town, and South Beach. Jessica was helpful and responsive while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well kept. My messages were answered quickly. The little things provided, like beach towels and snacks, were a nice touch. Beautiful location and beach. Would recommend!

Loved Steven’s condo! Everything was super clean and well maintained. Condo was also very close to the restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach!

Carolyn was an exceptional host! She was attentive and caring! The Air BB was perfect! Everything was set up when we arrived, she even asked us what temperature we wanted and had some snack and drinks out for us. The location and the privacy were just what we needed since we were visiting my daughter for her UGA Graduation! We easily were able to sit on the back porch with my college graduate and her siblings with privacy and we all felt right at home! I would recommend this place to anybody who appreciated a high end place to stay and compassionate hosts. We will be back and we will stay here again! Thank you Carolyn! You were amazing!

Movie room and hot tub were quite a treat. Walking distance to 5 points in Athens was great

We had a great weekend of relaxation and fishing. Kirk was a great host! He has a beautiful home, very responsive, and super friendly! We loved that we could rent the boat for the day as well. this ade it super easy and convenient for us to just show up and enjoy our weekend! We will definitely book again.

My family and I absolutely loved Laura’s place! From the moment we pulled up, we were completely enamored—even the outside of her home was beautiful and inviting. Check-in was a breeze, and the home was immaculate. You could walk around in white socks and still feel fresh—that’s how clean it was! The entire space was stunning, but the massive bedroom my husband and I stayed in was such a treat! And the kids couldn’t get enough of the theater room—they were in heaven. It truly felt like home, filled with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. This is the place for family gatherings—comfortable, spacious, peaceful, and full of warmth. Laura was incredibly responsive and kind, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. I honestly rate this house a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, luxury stay with family. Laura, I pray God continues to bless you and your family. Dr. K's home was beautiful. From the moment we pulled into the neighborhood everything was peaceful and amazing. We entered the home and it was just as described in the listing. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable as well as the couches. We will stay here again the next time we are on Georgia!!!

My second stay at Christian's place was just as nice as my first stay two years ago. I booked a second time because my experience was so pleasant, the home is modern and pristine and the location is accessibly perfect. My husband, in-laws, and children love staying here.

Excellent place to stay. Easy to find with plenty of room to park. We had 5 trucks and 2 boat trailers. It is a steep climb back from the boat dock but worth it.

I LOVED this space. It was so colorful and clean. It had a ton of space to fit my entire group. It comfortably slept 7. The area was fantastic. It was like a little community with a beautiful pool and small market. When I go back to Charleston this Airbnb is FIRST on the list.

We have a great stay. So close to the beach and the pool. Never more than a couple minute walk to anything. The condo was very comfortable. Great showers to get off all of the sand. Had everything we needed. Keith was very proactive in the communication. Answered all my questions before I asked them.

We had a great time!! It was an easy walk to the beach and Mary having all the chairs and umbrella made our life easier by not having to pack those things ourself. It was very clean and renovated! Would stay here again!!

Lee’s condo was the perfect home base for our Hilton Head vacation! We felt relaxed, safe, and right at home from the moment we arrived. We originally booked for a week but extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to a huge pool, the beach, ocean, tiki bar, and great restaurants. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony—our favorite place to start and end each day. It was peaceful, private, and made for the most relaxing getaway. The entire property felt safe and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Lee was fantastic—always responsive and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed and more for a perfect beach vacation. We’re already looking forward to booking again! XO

This location is amazing. It rained almost the entire time we were there but it was simply enough to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was clean and comfortable. ☺️ check in was easy and we had a wonderful time! It was so quiet in the area which was very nice. We would definitely return! ☺️

The place was better than advertise. The grounds were safe, secure and well-manicured. The location of the condo couldn't have been aa a better location, with an absolutely stunning view from the bay window and the balcony patio. I short walk to the marina, gift shops and restaurants along the Harbour. The pool was amazing, it included a whirlpool and hot tub, and plenty of places to relax and soak in the sun. The entire condo is a very beautiful, comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for, including washer and dryer. This place is idea of a couple seeking an enchanting weekend getaway or extended retreat/ vacation. Egan is a great host, very responsive with clear communication. The Pearl is a truly a Gem.

My nieces and I enjoyed our overnight stay at this property. The pool and the beach were amazing and so many restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance. When we unlocked the door and had our first look around, the teenagers said ‘you did good!’

We enjoyed our stay here and all the place had to offer. The area has a lot to offer and do. The amenities were great and easy to access. The beach was a quick walk or you could drive and park closer. Room was well stocked and everything you see in the photos is available which was great! We visit Hilton Head often and would stay here again!
