Un petit appartement douillet dans une maison de village. Calme dans la campagne,tout en étant proche de Briançon vous pourrez profiter du sauna après votre journée de ski Nous consulter pour les tarifs de 7 jours ou plus. L'escalier menant aux chambres est raide mais bien équipé de mains courantes toutefois il faut en tenir compte pour les personnes en difficulté de mobilité. L'accès est totalement indépendant. Le petit déjeuner est offert. Nous partagerons avec plaisir nos coups de cœur .

Maison indépendante avec grande terrasse panoramique avec vue dégagée sur les montagnes lieu très très calme sur un grand terrain en pleine nature et à 5 minutes de la ville et des remontées mécaniques . La maison est complètement refaite à neuf au goût du jour . Elle est composée de 3 chambres un salon cuisine toute équipée une salle de bain avec grande douche à l’italienne et un WC séparé. Elle peut accueillir 6 personnes . Idéal pour un week-end ou des vacances au calme à la montagne .

Petit chalet bois en alpage

Tout y est mais il faut y aller: Attention accès: Route de montagne étroite en terre de 4km accessible avec un véhicule rustique (fortement conseillé). Nous ne préconisons pas la montée en véhicules neufs et/ou bas de caisse. Altitude 1650 mètres. De début décembre à fin mars, en raison de l’enneigement, la montée se fait uniquement en randonnée à pied, comptez 45 minutes maximum. Quatre trous de golf (pitch and putt), des clubs et des balles sont à votre disposition.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

Piscina e campo da tennis dentro nel complesso residenziale attivi solo d’estate. Particolare attenzione ai dettagli dove abbiamo cercato di mantenere lo stile caratteristico.

La casetta delle bambole.

La casa, detta "la_casetta_delle_bambole" (vedi Insta) é molto piccola, caratteristica delle case di montagna, ma è stata ristrutturata per avere tutto il comfort moderno! È riscaldata con una romantica sufa a pellet! All' esterno (anche se in posizione centrale) ha uno spazio verde in cui è possibile rilassarsi ammirando il panorama in qualsiasi stagione, la borgata è sempre abitata e viva tutto l’anno!
