It is strategically located to reach every destination in the upper Susa Valley. It is 10 minutes from Sauze d'Oulx, 15 minutes from Bardonecchia, and 20 minutes from Montgenèvre.

Located on the banks of the Clarée, in the historic hamlet of Névache, next to the tourist office, 2 minutes from the delicious bakery, and at the start of ski touring in the upper valley and cross-country skiing. Charming single-story cottage, fully equipped kitchen, garden and parking 50 m away. A great experience!

Very close to and overlooking the village of Vallouise, Marie's bright and very comfortable chalet designed by an architect is surrounded by a beautiful mountain garden; you will be in a quiet place, inside and outside you will enjoy the view of a soothing mountain, the exposure will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. Although a 5-minute walk from the center of the village and its amenities, the place is very quiet. The large living room is equipped with a stove for your winter evenings.

La Cabane can accommodate up to 7 people. Linen is an optionnal service. The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

The apartment is located at the start of the hikes from the Pelvoux hut, the Glacier Blanc as well as world-renowned climbing routes. During the summer period you can enjoy the grocery store 50 m away which offers pastries and fresh bread baked on site. From the balcony you can enjoy views of the mountains.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

Ideal for a weekend or a quiet holiday in the mountains.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

In the heart of Old Briançon (Vauban City) studio with lots of charm, very comfortable, beautifully furnished. Accommodation with a lot of character, located near the college. Perfect for winter, 1km from the ski lifts (bus service at Serre Chevalier station) and for summer walks. To make it easier for you to get around town, we'll give you guest cards to take advantage of the free city bus.
