Such a privilege to stay in this village home as we could experience the wonderful details of these old, historical homes - thick walls, stone floors, pretty gardens and their buildings- while enjoying the luxury of a wonderful, recent renovation - new, large bathrooms (great bath in main bathroom), spacious kitchen perfect for cooking and sitting around the large table and cosy, comfortable sitting room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a bathroom. The main bedroom is so spacious while the second is a decent size. Lovely views from both bedroom windows. The third bedroom is up another level. The house has a wood behind it and a meadow of pretty flowers in mown grass beside it. The village is very quiet and other villages are close. Valere was a kind host so everything was very good and we loved our stay here in this beautiful part of France.

Marc Antoine was welcoming, considerate. The setting was as I expected and I was able to share the space with my wife, a fan of a famous wizard saga. The place is conveniently located and we went without difficulty to two emblematic places, Vezelay Basilica and Arcy Caves. We had a lovely stay, as a family!
