House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

( Col des Supeyres, du Beal, parapente, base nautique, plan d'eau, pêche, piscine, train touristique, vélo rail, musées, papier, fourme, agrivap, école 1900. ) Le logement ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants (escalier). Vue dégagée avec terrain et tranquillité. Les draps sont en supplément sur demande

Courpière

Located on the ground floor, on the Thiers/Ambert departmental road, I insist on "departmental" ideal for a traveler, workers, visitors. Totally independent, equipped with a living room with dining area and living room, a kitchenette with everything you need for 6 people.
