Courpière

Located on the ground floor, on the Thiers/Ambert departmental road, I insist on "departmental" ideal for a traveler, workers, visitors. Totally independent, equipped with a living room with dining area and living room, a kitchenette with everything you need for 6 people. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

Equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, kettle, kitchen utensils), coffee, tea, sugar provided, private enclosed garden (sunbathing table, parasol...) Linens, wood for the fireplace, bath towels are provided. Pets are welcome. The living room has a beautiful fireplace, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140, and 2 beds 90)

Gite l'Epicurien in Sainte-Agathe

In the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this 150 m² fully renovated old farmhouse has a large living room with kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 1 TV lounge area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
