OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, on a very quiet little street, the accommodation is totally private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its pretty terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine castles. There is a small sitting area with a single sofa bed and a comfortable double bed.
