Ideally located in the city center, close to Place du Vigan, the Cathedral, the Toulouse Lautrec Museum, the Palais de la Berbie and many other places to visit.

La Grange de la Vilandié between Albi and Cordes

La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. A large living room with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and sitting area will offer you delicious moments of sharing. Guests can take advantage of the terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Private lake for fishing or relaxing. The pool, shared with us owners.

The 35 m2 gîte is located at the southern end of our property. It has a separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, an equipped kitchen with sitting area (approximately 12 m2), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, office area and an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable and bright. It overlooks a large garden and vegetable garden. It belongs to the peace of a village while being close to urban life. Self check-in in case of absence of the owners.

The setting of our house is very pleasant, as the property is large and close to the forest and a stream. Both adults and children will be able to take a walk, play all the games we have (table tennis, badminton, pétanque, etc.), and enjoy the swimming pool and the various relaxation areas! We have also focused on comfort and décor. Finally, for quiet evenings, we've installed a smart video projector so you can watch movies or TV series.

Charming accommodation in a renovated old farmhouse. Enjoy the quiet of the countryside and discover the region: Albi (20 min), Rodez (40 min), Cordes-sur-Ciel (35 min) etc... It consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room with toilet, a wooden terrace with garden furniture and a private garden (unfenced). You will have access to the pool (according to certain schedules). It is heated from spring to autumn!
