This beautiful apartment will offer you comfort, calm and light. (5 minutes from the centre and 10 minutes from the train station on foot) The two rooms making it up are served by the beautiful 18th century tower common to our house. Your well insulated part of ours by the stairs consists of: -a living room with equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. - one bedroom with its 160/200 bed, a shower and a separate toilet. From there, you have access to the shared swimming pool, which is heated from mid-June to the end of August.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
