Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

We had a pleasant stay at Laetitia's place. The listing is located in the heart of the city, close to different shops , the market,the beach... The listing matches the description of the place. Laetitia is responsive.

The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet! We only stayed one night but it totally matched our expectations.

Ariane's cottage is ideally located in the historic city center but quiet, close to the market, cinema and parking. An old but well-equipped home with wide, clear rooms. A great stay.

A big thank you to Olivier for his welcome, his kindness, his responsiveness, everything is done to facilitate our arrival, but also the comfort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The house is as described, beautiful house in which we feel at home, beautiful and large garden that allows our dogs to enjoy their holidays too! The house is in a very nice quiet area, with everything you need nearby. We felt comfortable, we will come back to Olivier's place, an address to remember! Royan and its surroundings is a beautiful discovery 🌴 Our week of vacation was successful and it's also thanks to Olivier's house 😊

We loved the place, clean , spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and for bikers, 4 bikes ready to go as the bike lane is just outside the house

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and so did the adults! A big thank you for the welcome and this beautiful moment of relaxation. We recommend it without hesitating!!!

Thank you Véronique for this excellent welcome and for the advice and good addresses (especially the fisherman whose fish and shellfish were excellent and of unparalleled freshness). The charming accommodation was very pleasant, especially in the hot weather of the weekend of the ascension. The small village is pleasant and everything is within walking distance. Special mention for the bakery with its small spelt bread as well as the nearby bar restaurant for its excellent cocktails (and dishes too)

Julien and Auriole were perfect hosts. The location was just perfect and almost grand design with the decor and layout carefully created. The pool & bbq area was brilliant too. My only critique is that Julien should get professional photos. The ones on the website do not do justice as to what an incredible place it really is. Thank you for hosting us 👏🏼

Pleasant and peaceful

A lovely place with plenty of room and a big pool.

I rented the accommodation on 29 May 2025 for 3 nights, this is a nice apartment in a good location, very well equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing to have a great stay Very good exchanges with the host, I would gladly rent again if I had to come back to La Rochelle

Apartment ideally located, clean and well equipped. Very good bedding with a nice little outside. Small downside: lack of storage for clothes and groceries

We had a great time in Emmanuelle's studio which is very well equipped and extremely well located (shops and beach within walking distance ). The environment is peaceful and very quiet while being close to lots of entertainment. Very nice hostess, perfect communication. Thank you Emmanuelle!
