Comfortable fully equipped approx. 64 sqm new apartment (06/2019) in the middle of the World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley for 2 persons (max. 4 persons), with own access, parking space and bicycle parking spaces, directly on the Rheinburgenweg, train station and ferry in Niederheimbach (900m) easily accessible, ideal for hikes on both sides of the Rhine, per night 100 - 125 €, for two persons, each additional person 50 €. Not suitable for children under six to 8 years.

Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Hier kannst du in unserem kleinen, einfachen Appartement die Ruhe und den Wald genießen, im Garten oder vor dem Haus sitzen, wandern, Kraft tanken und zu dir selber kommen. Direkt vor der Tür verläuft der Europäische Fernwanderweg E3 vom Schwarzen Meer nach Santiago de Compostela. Hinter dem Berg ist das Städtchen Kaub mit seiner Rheinromantik, 6 km von uns entfernt.

Urlaub in herrlicher Natur im Herzen des Rheingaus in der Nähe des Weinguts Schloß Vollrads und Schloss Johannisberg in Stephanshausen. Du darfst dich in meinem freistehenden Haus mit Garten wie zu Hause fühlen! Unbezahlbar aber trotzdem inkludiert: der traumhafte Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und über den Rhein hinaus. Von hier aus kannst du herrliche Wanderungen starten. In kurzer Zeit bist du bei Schloß Johannisberg, Rüdesheim mit Drosselgasse, Kloster und Burgenromantik.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

A sofa bed is available for an additional guest. Wi-Fi is provided. Just a short walk to the Rhine River, town center, and vineyards. Loading/unloading possible in the houseyard; free parking nearby.
