This is home, I feel like home. The host is very kind. I really appreciate his help for my late check-out. He is a very nice person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The room is spacious, as shown in the picture, with complete facilities. The place is near the Old town and other places. The stay was very comfortable, and the availability of the necessary supplies was one of the factors that contributed to the comfort. The equipment is of the best possible quality. I was happy to stay there, and God willing, we will visit the place again. The house is spacious and beautiful, and everything in it is tidy and prepared.

Very good apartment, Mr. Abdo is very nice and supportive during the time we are in Saudi. The apartment is clean and very near for the city center.

The place is cozy and friendly … garden is a good disconnect from busy city life , surrounding is clam, you can find supermarket and fruits shop very close by.. water in the toilet was a challenge but in general it was a described Waseem was helpful and replying quickly to our messages I would repeat it

Fantastic place , several activities can be done, many restaurants around , significant spot for snorkeling and diving, good for relaxation and recreation

I stayed here for 3 nights and it became one of my best memories in Riyadh. The space is cozy and welcoming — it truly feels like a home away from home. I met amazing people from all over the world, and every evening felt like a little gathering of global friends. We’d cook in the kitchen, share meals, and have tea in the courtyard while chatting under the stars. A perfect spot for both travelers and those on short work trips. Highly recommend if you’re looking for community and comfort!

المكان كان مريح جدًا، والشقة نظيفة وواسعة ومرتبة، ومساحتها ممتازة. الموقع لا بأس فيه، والحي هادئ ومتوفر فيه كل الخدمات. وجود موقف خاص للسيارة كان ميزة إضافية وسهّل علينا كثير. أكثر شي ميز التجربة إني حسّيت كأني في بيتي، والمضيف كان جدًا متعاون . تجربة كويسه وأكيد ممكن أكررها

أولآ احب الشكر الأستاذ خالد على تعامله واسلوبه الزين من ناحية وقت تسجيل الدخول وتوفير المسكن المريح ماشاءالله فعلا تستحق كل ريال اندفع فيها مرتبه وجميله ونظيفه ومميزاتها وبذا السعر والله وكلمه حق اقولها اني مستأجر قبل مده جاي عشان اخلص اموري ومشي والله اني ماخذ غرفه نفس المساحه الي حاليا مستأجره وبسععر اغلى من سعر الغرفه الي الحين مستأجرها من اخوي خالد الفررررق جدا شاسع لا من ناحيه الجودة ولا الاثاث ولا حتى المرتبه فا كل الشكر والتقدير للاخ خالد وبأذن الله لو حصلت لي فرصه ثانيه وجيت الرياض ماراح اخذ غيرها بكل تأكيد
