An agricultural tourist resort in the area of farms and rest areas of the eastern base is about 26 km north of the city center and 5 km from the center of the base near the Equestrian and Hybrid Club. The entire area of the resort is 50,000 m2, the area of the chalet is 270 m2, accommodating a small family of a maximum of 7 members. It consists of a main council with a capacity of 7 persons, spacious outdoor landscapes, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen with cooking and serving utensils and private parking.
