The place is cozy and friendly … garden is a good disconnect from busy city life , surrounding is clam, you can find supermarket and fruits shop very close by.. water in the toilet was a challenge but in general it was a described Waseem was helpful and replying quickly to our messages I would repeat it

I stayed here for 3 nights and it became one of my best memories in Riyadh. The space is cozy and welcoming — it truly feels like a home away from home. I met amazing people from all over the world, and every evening felt like a little gathering of global friends. We’d cook in the kitchen, share meals, and have tea in the courtyard while chatting under the stars. A perfect spot for both travelers and those on short work trips. Highly recommend if you’re looking for community and comfort!

The place was very comfortable, the apartment was clean, spacious and tidy, and its space was excellent. The location is fine, the neighborhood is quiet and all services are available. Having a special car park was an added advantage and made it much easier for us. I felt like I was in my home, and the host was very cooperative . A good and sure experience can be repeated

First, I would like to thank Mr. Khalid for his treatment and his good style in terms of check-in time and providing comfortable housing. Mashallah, it is really worth every riyal I paid. It is beautiful, clean, and its advantages and at this price. I say that I rented a while ago to finish my things and I am not taking a room of the same space that I am currently renting and at a price more expensive than the price of the room that I am renting from my brother Khalid. The room is very spacious, not in terms of quality, furniture, or even the mattress. All thanks and appreciation to Khalid. If I get a second chance and come to Riyadh, I will definitely not take another one.
