Nice and clean apartment in a good location. The self check-in is very easy and the neighborhood is very quiet. Really recommended.

Anil and Waqar ensured our stay was both comfortable and relaxing. Anil was highly responsive and attentive to our needs, while Waqar was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to provide water bottles when we needed them. The apartment was well-maintained and perfectly suited our requirements.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell’appartamento. Facile da trovare e check in tutto automatizzato semplice. La casa era molto carina e compresa di tutti gli optional. Pulizia buona. Ottimo complesso residenziale carino e tenuto bene. C’è anche un supermercato vicino sempre aperto per ogni evenienza. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene e ritornerei sicuramente. Host sempre disponibilissimo

Nice apartment in a great building. Gym is also very well equipped and clean and there is also an indoor pool. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures amd is very spacious. Just one thing: you need to bring your own towels as they are not provided.

Nice place it’s as described and close to many restaurants. Check in is very easy with the code provided and it’s not hard to find using google maps.

Very nice apartment on the 54 floor of Burj Rafal and sharing the same building with JW Marriott. Views of north Riyadh and surrounded by restaurants. Shopping close by and 20 minutes to the airport. Great place.

Thank you so much for hosting my family. The host is very friendly, accommodating to our request and gave a very accurate instructions. The place is really wonderful! Theres a place for everyone. Its perfect for my big family. The kitchen is spotless, the rooms are big and very tidy. It has comfortable and clean bed and linens. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who will visit Alula.
