Spacious, newly renovated older house stone throws from the sea. Parking in private courtyard. Large garden with trampoline and patio, spacious and sunny porch with barbecue facilities. Short distance to ski resorts, ski and hiking trails, swimming facilities, beach, sea and mountain fishing, golf course, etc. Good playgrounds for children in the immediate vicinity. 5 minutes by car to the cozy city center. Rowboat and fishing opportunities at the seafront (must be carried by 2-3 people). Sauda Fjordcamping is close by. Bed linen and towels are included

Large house in the middle of Sauda with a stunning view !

Large older brick house with 5 bedrooms and stunning views out to Saudafjorden. It is about 450m to grocery and downtown. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Svandalen ski center, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. All you have to bring are bed linens and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games like badmington, frisbee and horseshoe and an electric bike for you to use.

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet på Os. Above the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. Beautiful Sauda - See fjords & Mountains

Nice place to stay centrally located. It is possible to get 4 overnight spaces extra (a total of 10 places to stay). There is a small apartment in the basement that can be used. The house is in a peaceful setting by the fjord surrounded by grazing animals. You can easily go fishing with the boat, go hiking or enjoy a quiet evening the hot tub. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå or to visit the local climbing park "Klatreparken Høyt og Lavt Nedstrand". It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
