S'agissant de ma résidence principale, je loue en laissant mes affaires dans le dressing (pièce à part) ainsi que mon chat (qui fait sa vie à partir du moment où sa gamelle est remplie...). The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
