Elisabetta was super kind and a really great host! She always made sure everything was in order and responded promptly if I had any questions. The room is very nice, well arranged and although it is not very large, there is really everything you need – nothing is missing! There's also air conditioning, perfect now that it's hot in summer. It's ideal if you're travelling alone: you'll feel safe and at ease. The apartment is located in a very central area, very convenient for exploring the city. There are many very nice restaurants and bars nearby, and the Duomo is just a 2-minute walk away. I felt really comfortable and would go back right away! Thank you Elisabetta!

Our trip was to visit Maranello and this apartment is only a few minutes away from the Ferrari factory. Gabriella’s apartment has a great selection of Ferrari memorabilia so fitted in with our trip! She also recommended a great restaurant within walking distance packed with Ferrari stuff.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Very nice location and the flat was very comfortable. The experience from booking until check out was easy and perfect.

Amazing hosts!!! Extremely responsive and gave us great restaurant suggestions, 2 of them right below the apartment. They also offered us a free night of parking only a block away and very useful travel tips. Location is only a 10 min easy walk to the local market where you can also buy local balsamic vinegar, which is a MUST! It is only a 30 min drive to Ferrari and Lamborghini museums. We are 3 adults and 1 teenager and all slept great and had enough room. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

A clean apartment in a beautiful area that acted as a great base to discover the cities of the Italian north.

From start to finish, Riki was a perfect host. We were visiting the area for a concert and the tickets were shipped to his address about a month before we arrived. He kept them safe and got them to us the day we arrived (which was the day before the show). The apartment is lovely and comfortable, an easy 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and very close to the center of the charming town. (Also, don't miss the Mexican restaurant next door, it's fantastic! Tommy's margarita was the best!)

I absolutely loved this apartment! I stayed for a week while working remotely and exploring the city, and it couldn’t have been a better base. The internet was super fast and completely reliable, perfect for digital nomads like me. The natural light and large windows made the space feel bright and welcoming throughout the day. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen were especially comfortable and convenient. I was visiting during a very hot summer, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, just steps away from all the main tourist spots. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, and I loved strolling under the beautiful Bologna porticos. Federico was beyond kind and thoughtful. He also shared a list of local food recommendations, and every single place I tried was a 10/10. You can tell he really cares about helping his guests have the best experience in Bologna. What a fabulous accommodation!! Its location was perfect for us, right next to Maggiore Square but in its own little alley. The beds and pillows were comfy in the spacious rooms. Wine was left for us and a fridge full of breakfast goodies and snacks! We were so impressed that such care for food items was made available, so generous. The two terraces were lovely and we enjoyed the early mornings and the early evenings relaxing there. We wished we had stayed longer!!

The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time beautifully quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at Massimo's "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

Beautiful apartment, a short distance from Parma, in a very quiet countryside area with private parking. The accommodation offers all the comforts and necessities for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly and available. Definitely recommended!

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
