Nearby there are also all the services including a market, a characteristic fruit and fish market, bakeries, typical shops, restaurants, pizzerias and tourist points.

A reserved parking space in the internal courtyard allows you to easily reach and explore the entire historic center on foot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. In 2023, the entire building was completely insulated, ensuring an ideal climate in both summer and winter.

Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.
