Das Appartement verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit großer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, Einbauküche, Veranda und Balkon. Gartennutzung (z.B. zum Grillen) nach Absprache möglich. Ein Parkplatz ist in der Nähe, Fahrräder können auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das Stadtzentrum mit vielen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Fischerdorf Wieck sowie Strandbad und Klosterruine Eldena sind via ÖPNV oder per Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Cozy apartment on the river Peene

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

"Kontor“ für 2 im postsozialistischen Gutshaus

Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.

About the apartment: own entrance, hall, complete new living kitchen, shower bathroom, living room, car parking spot.

Ein alter Waschraum bietet nun umgebaut - Platz für 2 Personen für eine Auszeit an der Ostsee. Das Miniapartment ist ca 20qm groß. Hier kannst du arbeiten, schlafen, dich ausruhen, kochen und dich schick machen. Unser Haus befindet sich am Ortausgang von Greifswald, du bist in 5 Gehminuten im Naturschutzgebiet Elisenhain und mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten durch den Wald am Greifswalder Bodden.

Zu unserer aller Freude, sind wir an den Ostseeküstenradweg angebunden. Unser Haus ist ganz in der Nähe der Stadt Greifswald und auch die Hanse Stadt Stralsund ist nicht weit entfernt Wir haben eine alte Werkstatt extra für Sie umgebaut, ausgestattet mit Fußbodenheizung, Fernseher, Wlan und hochwertige Matratzen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
