Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Spacious loft in a farmhouse, breathtaking view of the fields, the pond and its ducks. Close to a river, at the start of many hikes, you will have all the comfort and tranquility for a pleasant stay in the heart of nature. The interior of the loft consists of a beautiful room with equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and sleeping area; a small bedroom and a nice bathroom (shower and bathtub). On request, we offer good typical meals.

Natur'Avesnois-Studio 50 m² gîte near Maroilles

The cottage is located in Noyelles-sur-Sambre, 3 km from Maroilles. It is spacious and airy (high ceiling). Refurbished in 2021. The sofa bed is comfortable and easy to use. Everything is provided for you to have a pleasant stay, whether you come for the weekend to discover the Avesnois, its gems, its Maroilles cheese or for business in a company in the sector. Coffee, tea, sugar and all the necessary cooking equipment will be available.
