Holiday rentals with beach access in Sas Linnas Siccas

A wonderful stay with the family. Dora is a fantastic host, attentive and very responsive. A great apartment from every point of view and very well located in Golfo! I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

Very nice appartement, enough space for family of 4, it has all needed equipment, very clean and prepared. The view is just awesome, close to the beach and also to the town. We can highly recommend.

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

We’re very happy to have spent a week in this charming house with privacy and a fantastic view. Nice showers and lots of space for clothes. Extra quality was added by Alessandro’s welcoming words and helpful instructions and tips. Having a kind host like him means so much.

Very comfortable accommodation, with attention to detail, super equipped, clean and everything well organized, from welcome to check-out. Ilaria available and non-intrusive.

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Great accommodation, with beautiful view over the sea. We really enjoyed sitting in the little garden in the shade, cooling off from a day in the sun. Cala Gonone is beautiful, and I recommend renting a boat to explore the shoreline.

Even though we only stayed at the Airbnb for two nights, we had a wonderful stay! We loved the Airbnb, everything as described and the garden was particularly beautiful! In April we had the beach almost to ourselves. Bathing was even possible, so like to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Great place, communicative host. Has all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Cosy terrace. Beach amenities as well (stools, umbrella). Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu beaches are 10 min drive away. Feels like home.

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Super nice house with everything you need, large garden with fruit trees and total peace! Beautiful beach within walking distance and also some good restaurants! Pier was very helpful and always super fast with communication. We once had a problem with the water and his very dear mother came right away and fixed the problem. We will be happy to come back!

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future. The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Tommaso was very welcoming, helpful and available. He answered all our requests very quickly and fully.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. The area is really nice with beautiful beaches accessible by foot.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!
